Without A Warning surpasses the expectation level set by her debut, Young Girl Blues. Song after song, her vocals are triumphant and her chops downright sassy. While Foley exhibits the same delicious ability to romp raw and raunchy when called for, there is a new smoothness on this record -- a polished sheen.
